Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be notified at least 3 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is notified within 1 to 3 days of arrival, then a 1-night fee is charged. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before arrival (or in the case of no-shows), the entire booking fee is charged.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-outs before 2 pm are charged 30% of the room rate. Between 2 pm and 5 pm, 50% of room rate is charged. In case of check-outs after 5 pm, 100% of the room rate is charged.


Children policy:

Accommodation is free children under 12 years sharing the same room with their parents (without extra beds).
