Restaurants in Da Nang
Through out Vietnam you will find that in some dishes the ingredients and cooking methods used are universal, while in others the spices are uniquely local or regional. Danang is no different. Since Danang has a modest foreign population, there are some restaurants catering specifically to a variety of non-Vietnamese cuisines like Chinese, Japanese, French, etc. Top End hotels will usually have at least one of these, but there are also a few independent restaurants run or managed by resident expats or overseas Vietnamese who have returned.
