My Khe I hotel has 40 staff members. All are trained in their professions, especially in tourisim. The Receptionist is a University Graduate and is fluent in English. The other staff from other departments have been trained in tourism and have completed computer intermediate courses. The staff under 30 years of age make up 70% of the total staff, and above 30-40 make up 20%.
