Daesco Hotel

The Sky View Restaurant occupies the tenth floor with more than 400 seats, specialising in many Eurasian foods prepared by professional cooks. The Hotel has two modern Otis elevators that service the whole building. There is an ample and safe parking area, a stand-by generator so power failures are not a problem, auto-firefighting equipment and automatic fire alarms. Cars are available on a rental service from 4 to 15 seats and tours can be arranged on request.

Daesco Hotel is directly operated by the Equipment Parts Company and commenced business in 1998. In this year, the Company will transfer joint stock and the Hotel will become independent. In 2003, the Hotel was upgraded through out 900 sq meters.

There is 500m2 of parking is located on the ground floor. There is a body massage service, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, foot massage and beauty salon - open from 9.30am to 11pm.

Two banquet and meeting room facilities are available for up to 280 people; including media and light facilities, air-conditioning, projector, furniture, driver’s accommodation for tours, 2 elevators and 1 Otis elevator for goods. The restaurant can seat 350 guests and serves Eurasian food - buffet style - from 6 am to 9.30pm.

Late check-outs between 1 pm to 3 pm are charged 30% of the room rate. Between 3 pm and 6 pm, 50% of the room rate is charged. After 6 pm, guests are charged 100% of the room rate.

Accommodation is free for one child under 12 years sharing the room (with no extra bed) with parents. Breakfast is charged at US $ 3 per child.

Cancellations should be notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If not, guests will be charged 50% of the first night's rate.
